Alliance Family,
On June 21, 2020, we are excited to announce that we will once again be worshipping in our church building! Join us in-person or online for 9:00am or 10:45am worship services.
*** Before going any further, let me say this: As excited as we are about being able to gather together again, we also want to make this as safe for everyone as possible. So, if you or your family members have experienced any COVID-19-related symptoms in the last two weeks, are 65 years or older, or if you have compromising health issues, please continue to join us from the comfort of your home at http://abfboone.online.church/. Or maybe you’re just not comfortable coming back right away… That’s okay! Know that our church family loves you and we want to protect you, and we encourage you to continue worshipping with us online until you’re ready to re-join us in-person! Both the 9:00 and 10:45 services will be streamed online. ***
If you are ready to come back, we want you to know that we have been working hard cleaning the building and preparing a plan that will help keep you and everyone else safe. Please note the following guidelines:
CONTACT FREE SERVICE
All external and internal entrances and exits will be manned by greeters or will be propped open, in order to get everyone safely and efficiently into the building.
Offering plates will not be passed. You can drop a check/cash in one of the offering collection boxes near the entrances to the Auditorium, continue to give online, or by mailing a check to the church office if you’d prefer.
We will not be passing out bulletins or any other handouts.
We will be disinfecting the seats in between services.
SOCIAL DISTANCING
Face masks are strongly encouraged. If you don’t have your own mask, we will have one available for you at the Welcome Desk.
Ushers will be actively seating families in every other row with three seats between family units. Please be patient and understanding.
For your protection, when you’re inside the building please also adhere to the CDC’s recommended six-foot social distancing guidelines before, during, and after services. Unless you need to go to the restroom, once you’ve been seated please stay seated.
Portions of the building — specifically the Auditorium and restrooms — will be thoroughly sanitized before, during, and after services. Drinking fountains will be turned off.
HOSPITALITY AND MINISTRIES
Little Alliance, KidZone, Student Connect, and Connection Groups will begin on August 2. Use this time to worship together as a family!
We will not be providing coffee service or pastries.
We look forward to worshipping with you this Sunday, whether in-person or online! Thank you for remaining prayerful, faithful, and flexible in these times. We truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we navigate as responsibly as we can. Again, we are committed to protecting your health and safety and remain vigilant in taking every precaution possible.
