Conversation Connection

Conversation Connection is a ministry where people in the community can come to learn English or improve their language skills in a casual setting. Through the relationships built in class, we share our faith with others and reflect the love of Christ.

 

Conversation partners don’t need to speak a foreign language. You don’t need to be a teacher or lead the class. The only requirement is that you are a native English speaker (or have near-native English proficiency) and have a basic understanding of grammar.

 

Volunteers are also needed to help with setup (making coffee and putting out food), as well as cleanup.

 

Fall semester class starts at 6:30pm on Wednesday, Sept. 9, in the Commons. Dinner is provided for volunteers and students beginning at 6:00pm.
